Default Cost of Capes - Suggestion

I am not complaining about the initial cost of a cape as 2k is a fair amount, but what i am annoyed about is the fact that you have to pay another 2k everytime you may want to alter your cape. Wouldnt it be so much easier to make any alterations to capes free - or at least much cheaper???

Full armor dyes would cost more than that, and there wasn't even a preview, and many combinations didn't come out as expected.

With capes at least you have a preview.

And with the state of economy in GW, 2k really isn't anything worth mentioning.

And if it were cheaper, then new guilds couldn't really advertise that they have guildhall, CAPE, and all that, since it would be too cheap
